Help!

 I'm clicking the upload now button but nothing happens.

Firstly, try closing your internet browser down and trying again.

Ensure you have 'Flash' installed (a good check is to see if the video on the left works).

Some browsers can cause glitches depending on your settings, so try another browser, such as Chrome, Safari, Firefox etc

If you are still having trouble, please email us what type of computer you are using (Mac/PC), what operating system you are using (Vista, XP etc) and what browser and version you are using (eg Internet Explorer 8).

We apologise for any inconvenience this causes, and hope we can iron out all the bugs with your help.

My file is too big!

If your file is larger than 10mb, you may find it takes a long time or fails because of a timeout error. We have 'dummy' files available for A0 and A1 posters which are usually quite large files. This allows you to upload a pdf which directs us to our FTP site. Please email us and ask for this file and we will give you the relevant details you need.
